Return/Refund Policy
At Aroma Fragrances we will always try to ensure that each order placed on our site is seamless for you.
As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any orders.
Full refund or exchange of a product bought on our website is possible only if.
The product is damaged or there have been some breakages during transport
Requisites for refund:
- In case of defective product received: Only product image is required
- In case of Wrong product received: Product images required
- In case of Incomplete order received: Product image is required.
Returns and Replacements are done free of cost if wrong products or damaged products are received by the customer. However, the Company reserves the right to levy shipping charges on cases that come under legal scrutiny;
Return Intimation: You can email Us at contact@aromafragrances.in within a maximum period of 48 hours of the product having been delivered. The details of the return (Order number, courier docket No or AWB No, and Reason for Return) should be shared with the Customer Support by email.
REFUND
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that
During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
