Yes, our packaging currently includes a plastic wrapper to keep the fragrances intact. We are currently researching to find a suitable alternative.

Light the tip of the incense stick until it flames. Once the tip is glowing, carefully blow out the flame. Fix into an appropriate holder on a heat resistant surface.

Please note: Caution information can be found on the back of our incense boxes; please ensure you read carefully before burning the incense.

Absolutely not. Every stick of our incense is handcrafted, using only the purest and highest quality ingredients provided by nature.

Each stick is around 25.4 cm long and will burn for approximately 40 - 45 minutes.

We encourage the principles of Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle.

Our aim is to deliver your order at your doorstep fast and safe. Towards this effort, we have partnered with multiple courier companies like FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Xpressbees and Aramex to give you an excellent shipping experience.

Our products are shipped from Bangalore and it takes us 3 -5 days to deliver goods to your doorstep. However, average shipping time is 5-7 days.

In the event that you receive a damaged product, please initiate a return by reaching out to us on

You can cancel an order, that has not yet been shipped, from "My Orders" or "Track Order"
sections of our website. Or, you can send a request by email or call. After order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the return policy mentioned below is applicable.

If the products delivered to you are damaged/ defective, then only we can consider your return request. Please send a request by email or call us.
